Hello, I’m Linda Buabeng
I’m the founder of BNCL Solutions Ltd and a Registered Nurse with nearly 18 years of experience across clinical, corporate and senior management roles in the NHS, private healthcare and international settings including Saudi Arabia.
My career has taken me from frontline nursing through to corporate governance, clinical risk management and regulatory compliance at organisations including Cleveland Clinic London, Circle Health Group, and Harley Street ENT Clinic. I hold an MSc in Health Management and a Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management.
I founded BNCL Solutions because I saw too many clinics and practices struggling with CQC compliance — not because they lacked the will to deliver good care, but because they didn’t have the right governance structures, policies and support in place. I wanted to change that.
Today, I work alongside clinic owners, practice managers and clinical leaders to build governance frameworks that are practical, proportionate and genuinely embedded in day to day operations — not just paperwork for the sake of an inspection.
